By creating or using a DriveNow dealer or administrator account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is mandatory before the account is activated, and must be re-confirmed when these Terms are updated.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful CRM, sales, and compliance purposes related to vehicle financing. You will not attempt to access data belonging to other dealerships or end customers outside the access granted by your role.
Platform administrators have supervisory access across all dealerships for the limited purposes of customer support, compliance, fraud prevention, security audits, and customer success. Every such access is recorded in an immutable audit log, including the administrator's identity, the data accessed, and a timestamp.
You retain ownership of customer and lead data your dealership uploads to the platform. DriveNow processes it as your service provider to operate the CRM.
No abuse, harassment, spam, deceptive marketing, or violation of consumer-protection or financial-services laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination, dealer data is exported on request and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. You will be required to re-accept the updated version on your next sign-in before continuing to use the CRM.
