1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the DriveNow Direct platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not, and must not permit any person to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection, financing, and telemarketing laws.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) or messages that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the platform.
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information, including in financing applications.
- Misuse customer information obtained through the platform.
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
- Interfere with the platform's security or rate-limiting controls.
3. Content Standards
Any content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Content that infringes intellectual property, contains hate speech, or violates third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Enforcement
DriveNow Direct may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when required.
