1. Overview
DriveNow Direct respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and that are properly provided to our Designated Agent.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement, please provide the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
4. Repeat Infringers
DriveNow Direct will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
